In the kitchen, our focus is consistency and technique. Dough is fermented slowly, sauces are prepared in small batches and every pizza is cooked in our Neapolis 6, a new-generation electric oven designed to replicate the intensity of traditional wood-burning heat, creating a light, blistered crust.
