Born in Lecce, Marco turned his passion into a lifelong mission:
Bringing the Italian pizza-making tradition to the UK and beyond.

After years in the field – collecting international awards and mastering the art of pizza – he founded MFP Consultancy, a school that has trained hundreds of professional pizzaioli across Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

Through renowned collaborations – from Mutti to Moretti Forni – Marco has redefined contemporary pizza by blending:

- Product excellence

He is also the creator of MFP Pizza Flour, a professional-grade flour used by chefs worldwide in search of the authentic Italian touch.
